A Pizza Delivery Guy Was Sure These Were The Rudest Customers. The Next Day THIS Arrived.

  • (TruthSeekerDaily) Employees in the food service industry make for a great and convenient dining experience, whether you're eating at the establishment or food was brought to you. Unfortunately, all too often many of these jobs are taken for granted or under appreciated and their pay can result from that mindset. Since servers and food delivery people's pay largely depends on the generosity from others in the form of a tip, a full day's work can really fluctuate in the amount of earnings they bring home any given day.

When one particular pizza delivery driver brought a couple the food they had ordered, he was in for a big surprise. The bill was a total of $22.67, the couple gave him $23 and told the driver to "keep the change," which would be his tip (earnings) for his services. At less than a dollar of revenue to him, it was a let down for the service he just provided. But then something amazing happened...

The delivery driver received this card the very next day:

And although there wasn't a cupcake inside, there was an equally awesome note:

Although this amazing couple could have simply called the pizza shop to give an apology, they went above and beyond to show their appreciation for the services they received. It's refreshing to receive a nice gesture and is proof that there are caring people in this world. Not to mention, a hand written note in today's technology age holds so much more sincerity and meaning than it used to, which only adds to the sentiment of this act.

  • After Seeing This New Experiment You Will Never Want To Drink Coke Again

  • (TruthSeekerDaily) The health concerns from soda, particularly cola, has been widely publicized within recent years. How it reeks havoc on your body is truly of grave concern, especially with the quantity in which Americans consume the super sugary beverage. There is so much acid in Coke that it actually can be used for many other purposes, none of which would make you feel it was safe for consumption. Among these alternative uses is to dissolve rust, remove paint, de-grease engines, and clean toilets.

Recently, a new experiment has been done with the acid-ridden drink that will completely shock you. The question that began this event, was what happens when Coke is mixed with something that is opposite of it's acidic properties? Milk is the perfect counter substance for this concoction.

Below is the step by step instruction to get a reaction you won't believe!

    1. First, start with the only 2 ingredients, coke and milk.

    2. Then pour a small amount of milk into the coke

    3. Let the mixture sit for six hours

    4. After the waiting, this is what happens...Gross!

    5. Odd looking muck starts floating at the top!

    6. But at the bottom it's worse...it looks like the contents of a garbage disposal!

This experiment provides more disturbing proof that what is in this popular beverage is not meant to fill our bodies. If this liquid can react like this in a bottle on the counter, it's unimaginable to thinks what it could do inside our bodies where we can't visually see the results.

Here is a video demonstration of this experiment:

A well-made advertisement is designed to grab your attention and to remain in your memory long after you’ve left it behind, which is exactly what many of these social causes need. Getting people to think and worry about various social and environmental issues (or even simply getting them to be aware of them) is important for raising public support. A few of these ads are, in fact, commercial ads, but it’s still nice that they champion socially or environmentally aware causes/products.

Oftentimes ads need to portray more than just the facts to convey the needed message and be effective. Although the facts are certainly relevant, alone they are not enough. The second component is to appeal to the observer's emotions. Multiple studies indicate that emotion can have a powerful effect on memory formation, ensuring that memories with emotion will last longer than those without.

Joe Cornell tells The Fresno Bee that he found the cash Tuesday after a Brinks truck pulled away from a red light in Fresno , CA and left the sack behind.

  • Study: Bee Venom Could Lead To Topical Gel And Prevent HIV Transmission

  • (TruthSeekerDaily) The key to a cure for HIV may have been found in the stinger of a bee. Researchers have discovered that bee venom kills the virus while leaving body cells unharmed, which could lead to an anti-HIV vaginal gel and other treatments.

I little known toxin called melittin, found in the bee's toxin is drawing the attention of scientists at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. It's recently been discovered that their venom physically destroys the HIV virus. This single breakthrough could potentially lead to drugs that are immune to HIV resistance.

"Our hope is that in places where HIV is running rampant, people could use this as a preventative measure to stop the initial infection," Joshua Hood, one of the authors of the study, said in a statement.

The researchers attached melittin to nanoparticles that are physically smaller than HIV, which is smaller than body cells. The toxin rips holes in the virus' outer layer, destroying it, but the particles aren't large enough to damage body cells.

"Based on this finding, we propose that melittin-loaded nanoparticles are well-suited for use as topical vaginal HIV virucidal agents," they write.

Theoretically, the particles could also be injected into an HIV-positive person to eliminate the virus in the bloodstream.

The virus is likely unable to develop a resistance to the substance because the toxin attacks the virus' outer layer, which could make it more effective than other HIV drugs available at this time.

"Theoretically, melittin nanoparticles are not susceptible to HIV mutational resistance seen with standard HIV therapies," they write. "By disintegrating the [virus'] lipid envelope [it's] less likely to develop resistance to the melittin nanoparticles."

The gel still needs to be tested in clinical trials to prove it's effectiveness or not, which the group plans to do in the near future.
