Ingredients:

1 Cup of fresh pineapple juice
¼ Cup fresh Lemon Juice
1 piece of Ginger (about 1 ½ Tbsp)
1 Tbsp Raw, unfiltered Honey
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, or stir until well combined in a glass. Take ¼ cup, 2-3 times per day, and repeat recipe daily.
